Renovation is complete in the Rainbow Tower and it's very nice. Great room decor and ocean views from our 12th floor room.

Waiter (Kevin) recommended Chicken and black bean sauce which is not on the menu but was really good! Had peppers, onions, ginger, deep fried chicken pcs and ?mint leaves.

Great indoor mall. Parking can be an issue during sales and mall events. Good selection of woman's boutiques and food venues. Post office and gas station are nearby. Convenient!
Don't waste your time looking for parking on the ground level when busy. Go to the second level and to the back corner. Tons there!
Open tables can be hard to find. Make a new friend and invite someone who is searching for a table to share one with you.
When i visited they did not have their liquor licence yet. Soo it was BYOB. WIth that option it allowed me to purchase MORE food items. The CORN is a must try
Atmosphere is nice & modern good for a date, food is just ok either being over spiced or bland & needing salt. Portions are bigger than you think. Drinks are mediocre. Service is nice but slow.
The outdoor searing makes it relaxing and enjoyable
We skipped the luau packages of other venues and chose to try Highway Inn for a taste of Hawaiian food - didn't regret it a bit! Yummy dishes & super friendly staff. Get the super combo w extra squid
