Make sure to wear good hikingh shoes. Flip flops not recomended. It gets pretty muddy as you go higher and deeper in. But the waterfall at the end is amazing.
It's a beautiful hike into the jungle. The forbidden waterfall is epic. You must cross under a hole in the fence of government property.
