P.J. Palmer: Go to La Vecchia; hang at the bar for happy hour (5-7pm M-F) and order any of their $5 pizza's and a $5 vino. Best happy hour in the city, but pretty popular, get their early to grab a seat :)
Isaac N: Excellent spot for a date or dinner w/the family. Reservations are a must for parties >4. Staff is consistently attentive & the food is always fabulous! ...remember, you get what you pay for ;-)
Lore Benavent: Really good burrata cheese and prosciutto salad.
Nina N: The home style was a very good classic pizza. Also tried the Bianca pizza which was my first meatless pizza and it was tasty. The wings were hot and filled with flavored. Good pizza place.

Gilt City: Il Fornaio began as a Milanese baking school in 1972, and first opened in the U.S. in 1981. They’ve been serving reliably delicious, quality Italian fare ever since. Just don’t forget to bring gum.
