Omakase from the downstairs sushi bar is amazing. Don't leave without trying the hand rolls (go spicy tuna!). I was also digging the salmon-meets-blowtorch sushi. Ask for fresh wasabi too.

You have to order omakase style. It's really the best way to experience the phenomenally fresh fish. Every single bite was delicious particularly the white king salmon, the fatty tuna and the oyster.

Vying for the top of the Major Foods hill. The best food of the Four Seasons replacements from what I can tell. Avo Lobster salad, lobster dumplings, NY strip, tuna chilis and Straw cheesecake FTW
