Michael Fox-Rabinovitz: Absolutely amazing atmosphere, more pompous downstairs very charming upstairs. Great foie gras, super duck and really tasty chocolate souffle. Service is top notch.
Tiffany & Co: The ruby banquettes at this classic French restaurant have been graced by presidents, Mad Men and movie stars. Make a dinner reservation tout de suite and request a small corner table.
