Try the Salmon A La Andalucia - Seared organic salmon, zucchini, fennel, tomato, chickpeas, verdial olive, fresh oregano, garlic, lemon, Pivotal Olive Oil. Mmmmmmmm.
Salmon and Brooklyn style calamari was good. If you want to drink something light, try Smith Ale it's brewed there.

Go to the Cafe. Try the salmon. It sounds "standard", but is so high a level you will think you've never had it before. Also order the Arctic Circle for desert (off-menu from the main dining room).
