Amazing flavors, I never knew sushi could be so delicious. Must tries: Uni, toro, Spanish mackerel, razor clam, unagi. I recommend starting with the combination Matsu and going from there.

Lucky enough to walk in and find a seat. Highest quality sushi. Unagi was delicious! Do try some of the less common vegetable makis like daikon sprout and Japanese sweet potato.
The chirashi here is the best. Order the special; it's worth it!
Great fish, but I don't understand the music they play here. Madonna and disco don't make for a relaxing dinner. Put on some jazz!

Omakase from the downstairs sushi bar is amazing. Don't leave without trying the hand rolls (go spicy tuna!). I was also digging the salmon-meets-blowtorch sushi. Ask for fresh wasabi too.
