Valary Oleinik: 2-for-1 martinis make this an after work staple. Mix and match drinks with friends (cute bartender's tip); try the blood orange, French and white peach martinis if you wanna go outside the cosmos box.
Jenn Pedde: The 2-for-1 happy hour doesn't hurt, but save room for the gnocchi. It's some of the best in the city.

Danyel Smith: the oysters the popcorn the burger the chicken salad the cocktails the clubby atmosphere lived for all of it + service was great.
Eater: Cocktail maven Julie Reiner revamped the list and the bartenders. As has always been the case, the room is dark, romantic, and old school--a perfect place for fun rendezvous or a business drink.

Katsu Goto: Skip Top of the Rock, and enjoy scenic views of Manhattan and cocktails instead!! Elevators at mezzanine level are a little hard to find.
