The food here is consistently excellent! I am convinced that the hanger steak is the best in Montreal, and the frites are superb.
Come after 10pm and get the hangar steak, srsly!

Get the side of mushrooms. I'm usually ambivalent towards mushrooms but these were spectacular. Buttery garlicy goodness. The foie + gingerbread is also outstanding.
French onion soup is a must, especially on a cold winter afternoon. Duck confit was amazing and great salad options.

Escargot: Stuffed mushroom caps with garlic and herbs. So delicious that I cannot find a proper word to describe it. Have to taste!!! only down side is, you may get addicted :)
