Aim for the happy hour m-f from 3-7. There's a live jazz band, awesome professional crowd and great deals on bar food and drinks. Blue point fried oysters are my fav!

This hip, London transplant is just what Midtown needs. The cocktails, service, and food are all on point - come for specifically the beef tataki, prawn & black cod dumplings, and the miso chicken.
Yummy!! Get the Zuma special chocolate, the tuna salmon tartare, the truffle mushroom pot and the scallop skewers.
I recommend the spicy fried tofu with avocado (my fave), lobster tempura, spicy beef, and tuna tataki but pretty much everything melts in your mouth.
The Baja fish tacos here are the very best I've had ANYWHERE. That's Orange Roughy in there, and it is cooked to absolute perfection. Add a nachos normales to start and you've got a great dinner.
Opened in 1959, great, family-owned Mexican restaurant. Serious food, not Tex-Mex. Fish tacos are to die for. You can rent the private party room downstairs.
The Quesadilla Camarones has the perfect proportion of Gulf Shrimp and melted, smooth cheese and is accompanied by roasted tomato salsa that adds just the necessary tang to the dish.
Try the Wokuni don - a chirashi bowl with shrimp tempura. Great deal at lunch.

This is a great place for sashimi. We went for lunch, set menu's were approx $24. Good service and friendly staff

Green sauce is great. The matador combo is good for 2-3, if you have a few eaters go for a seafood platter too.

Great old school Italian restaurant; really great 🍝 tasty pasta, fabulous shrimp 🍤 in garlicky 🍅; & both veal in lemon 🍋 & veal in mushrooms 🍄 cognac sauce. On top 🗽 great reasonably priced 🍷
Tonkatsu ramen & tuna don was on point! Even more special that Chef Morimoto made mine in front of me at sitting at the bar. Best seat in the house 😀
SUPER AWESOME! Gyoza, tonk ramen amazing. Spicy ramen is pretty thick but tasty. Get the tuna bowl with rice not without. Love this place.
the tonkotsu ramen is pretty good, bit too heavy. the zuke don is so yummy - fresh tuna. spacious and trendy place. great service. the lunch special sets are also GREAT.
The porridges are simple and yet warming and delicious. For all you vegetarians tired of avocado and cucumber rolls at normal sushi spots, be sure and try the spicy tuna roll
Crab cakes are yum!! Tapas trio gets you three different yummy appetizers if you wanna sample a variety.

Hidden gem. Old school restaurant with beautiful ambiance serving up really delicious food! Chicken parm, shrimp scampi, salmon… everything hits the mark! The staff incredibly nice and accommodating
Israeli breakfast is a must!! they only serve it dining in, so the smoked salmon bagel with capers is my go-to takeout choice. Best breakfast in the 'hood!
Delicious tuna fish. I get a large container of it to go and make my own sandwiches.
Excellent lunch special for $7.99. I had 1/2 sandwich, with delicious salmon,that could pass as a whole sandwich with abundant side of roasted veggies. Delicious and beart healthy!

Best Isan Thai food in Midtown E. Stars are Ground Chicken w/ Fried Egg, basil, garlic, & chili over rice; Egg noodle soup w/ roasted pork, lump crab meat, & yu choy + Crispy pork belly salad.
The burger is the spot but the calamari is made of Swan Feathers & Jesus Juice.
This place has the best lobster roll in Manhattan. Unfortunately they're "seasonal" and coming of the menu in October.
The mussels are really delicious - great place for birthday dinner.
Shrimp shumai, anything from the sushi menu (super fresh fish), salad dressing is 100, and a lovely ambiance for a sophisticated lunch or dinner
Awesome sushi and service. Loved the sushi and sashimi omakase. Favorite spicy tuna handroll and then the black cod.
Some of the best & freshest sushi I’ve had in a long time. Just get the Omikase and enjoy.

The food is excellent...the person who thought it was IKEA-like is an idiot. Perfect place for a nice, but not overly expensive lunch. I love the lingonberry soda and the cold water shrimp.
