Disappointed after reading rave reviews. Eggplant Parmesan was gloopy, wet breading. Veal scallopini was beat to hell and over floured. Both seemed microwaved (very hot spots mixed with warm spots).
Get the Conchiglie alla Sarda, with heat. An excellent pasta dish!
