Cynthia Lee: You do not deserve to eat portillo's hot dogs if you put ketchup on it. Be sure to try their chili dog with a side of cheese fries! And any draft beer to quench your thirst.
Catriona Hunter: Whatever you do, do not put ketchup on your Chicago style hot-dog. It's a major faux-pas.
