The fake chicken and waffles are gorgeous - the tofu is actually some of the only nice fried tofu I’ve ever had!
Vegan Southern fried po-boy (fried tofu with chickpea flour breading, lettuce, tomato and mayo), eggplant po-boy, grillades & grits, gumbo with optional spicy seitan, and beignets.

Excellent vegan options (pho, taco, banh mi, vermicelli noodles/bun, spice fried tofu, vegan crepe, spring rolls and rice dishes). The service is excellent and the food is always on point!

Stir fry soba noodles with shrimp is quite smoky and delicious. It's light too... you won't leave feeling heavy or full.
Decent for NoLa but not great if you've been to Vancouver.
