Chris Kantarjiev: 100% buckwheat noodles, if you can get them. The duck is amazing, so is the sobacha mousse dessert.
Nabeel Hyatt: Lunch only gem of a place though there is often a wait. Get the Soba, obviously, but don’t miss the duck salad either.
Nick Ditmore: Get here by 11 if you want the daily handmade from-scratch 100% buckwheat soba—this is a rarity, even in Japan! By far the best fresh soba I’ve ever had!

Vincent Tang: Smoked duck ramen was satisfying and hit the spot. Great depth of flavor that leaves you wanting more!
Thomas M: The ramen is off the chain - I got a duck breast version that was just incredible.
Benjamin Kintner: Ramen is ok. Noodles and broth in the smoked duck ramen were spot on, but the toppings were poorly executed or chosen (e.g. grilled eggplant slices that disintegrate picking them up with chopsticks).
