HISTORY: This area encompasses the only remaining group of residential structures from the original town site of Phoenix.

steven misheski: A lot of teenage kids like to puff puff on the benches around the back of the park. Makes for a nice incense smell when waking through :)
Vaughn Hillyard: Perfect fields for football, soccer, wiffle ball, ultimate frisbee. And the wash is a great place for some capture the flag. Great neighborhood and nice open space.
Josh Romero: In general this park doesnt have as many gangsta, ghetto folks hanging around, making it one of the better valley parks.
