My all-time favorite restaurant. From LA to Chicago to MIami, Zinc keeps rising to the top for me. It's located in Scottsdale at Kierland (one of my favorite communities as well). Go visit.
Zinc's thinly sliced seasoned fries are tossed in marjoram and paprika for an exotic twist. The fries have a mayo-based aioli and ketchup on the side for dipping, but we don't think they need them. Read more.
