CITY GRIT: While most folks dig the Reggie Deluxe, we think the gravy is too much. So our go-to is The Reggie – Fried Chicken, Cheese, Fried Egg on a Buttermilk Biscuit!
Jen Shin: where to start... hash browns, fried chicken biscuit with gravy, and the shrimp & grits are all amazing.
Valentino Herrera: The founder is from North Carolina and the biscuits and other dishes are as authentic as you'd want, with a few added embellishments. I recommend the Reggie, even for breakfast.
Melissa Lim: My favorite donuts in PDX. Skip Voodoo and come here instead for fun, sophisticated flavors, especially the Valrhona chocolate crunch, buttermilk glazed and blueberry bourbon basil.
Adena Brenowitz: Greatest donuts with interesting options. Got the Valrhona Chocolate Crunch, Raspberry Rosemary Buttermilk, Blueberry Bourbon Basil and Cinnamon. Both the blueberry and raspberry were the best!
Alison Byrne Fields: It's always fun when staff make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by buying things from them.
Gray Anthony: We had the apple fritter, old fashioned, buttermilk bar and butterfly. Everything was delicious. Don't waste time standing in line at Voodoo. go here instead. It is better AND less expensive.
Heather Mader: Buttermilk bars...best I ever had, hands down, anywhere. Moist and flavorful with a crispy exterior. Old fashioned donuts done right. Maple cruller was crispy on the outside and pillowy on the inside.
Denny Cope: Cinnamon twist, glazed twist, anything maple, chocolate bars

Behrad Eats: Start your meal off right with the Southern Fry: hushpuppies, buttermilk fried Draper Valley chicken, & spicy honey butter.
Valentina: Great place for burger, really good vegetarian options. Wifi password: slowburger
Matt Johnson: Get a slowburger. Doesn't matter whether it's the regular, the winter, or the summer... just get one.
Jessa Nancarrow: It's all good! While known for their crazier concoctions, I think they have one of the best buttermilk bars around.
Margot G: This place is beautiful and delicious. The decor is amazing. This is a gem of Portland. The doughnuts are unique flavors and tasty! There is a cute photo booth.
Michael Powell: A Portland staple. You haven't truly visited or lived in Portland until you've had a VooDoo doughnut. Personal favorite is the dirty old bastard.
