Breakfast Spot · 63 tips and reviews
graceface killa: The breakfast burger will cure that which ails you from the night before. The kale & roasted tomato hidden under the homemade beef patty and sausage gravy is a party in my mouth. Legit for hangovers.
Doniree Walker: If you're into mimosas (and who isn't) this place does not mess around. The drink is 80% champagne and 20% OJ. None of that 50/50 bs. Perfects Sunday brunch accoutrements.
Charlotte Katz: If you're looking for a delicious, hearty breakfast, look no further than Besaw's located off NW 23rd Ave.. In the summertime, try to get outdoor seating for the perfect people-watching perch.

Steakhouse · 36 tips and reviews
Ricky Engelberg: Late night happy hour is the best deal in Portland. The steak tips are great as is the burger. Don't get me wrong...the real restaurant is great as well but the late night happy hour is a treat.
Bruce Porter: The late night happy hour is great but the bar is cozy so get there early for a seat and have a glass of wine or cocktail before it gets packed.
Mike Mahanay: Go to the famous Ringside Steakhouse for amazing meat... but if and want to save some $, just go to their small bar late night and get the steak bits or their incredible Gorgonzola bacon burger. Read more.

TravelOregon: Sip on an Elizabeth Taylor, a throat-tickling cocktail mixing champagne with crème de violette named after the late Hollywood star.

Italian Restaurant · 82 tips and reviews
GourmetLive: Chef Cathy Whims serves up perfect oven-roasted pizzas (which is based on a venerable sourdough brought over form Nice), elegant hand-wrought pastas, lusty Italiante steaks, and fire-baked fish dishes
Ricky Engelberg: Budino...the best. Can't go wrong with the margherita + prosciutto pizza.
Lindsay Stark: You must get the chocolate budino. No questions asked. :)
