Dawn Peterson: #51 crispy spring rolls and honey lemongrass pork=win!
GNTLMN: All their other Vietnamese dishes are very authentic as well. If you don't want to make the trek out there, they have a more upscale restaurant called Silk in the Pearl.
Alexandra Lane: Number 51 is the best, but definitely add an appetizer of salad rolls. They are so delicious with the peanut sauce!
Stephanie Anne McCarthy: Vegan pho & veggie crispy rolls: 10/10/10/10 🤩 Rich, tasty broth with wonderful aromas. Dine outside in heated huts too!
Sereita Cobbs: Bit too much "Brooklyn" attitude from the staff, but the food is quite good. Go between 4p - 7p and enjoy the Happy Hour menu. $2 plates. Try a bunch if things, but don't miss the shrimp skewers.
Andrea Ihara: Great stop for vegetarians. Veggie pho with veggie broth - fresh rolls with tofu. Would have preferred more veg - less noodle - but a solid pick for inexpensive quick meal downtown

Matt Raibert: Phnom Penh soup is tops. Maybe add a little garlic, hots and plenty of the provided herbs.
Arbi Bi: Mmmmm... Delicious food, friendly people, fresh coconut!
Sam: Best pho in Portland
Amber Orenstein: Don't overlook the almond cookie. It's the most amazingly perfect cookie, a perfect balance of crunch and gooeyness.
Eater: This casual lunch counter successfully borrows from several savory Asian influences, then about-faces and tantalizes the sweet tooth with a bakery case full of French macaroons. [Eater 38 Member] Read more.
Theresa 💜: Try the noodles & shrimp 🍤🍝 so good

Mark Keraly: Awesome pho, great rolls, incredible service. Highly recommended!
Andrew C: Don't let the dark sign and storefront fool you. It's nice in here and the food and service is A+.
Charlie Oh: The pho broth certainly has a distinguishable personality here, with its prominent components of cinnamon and sweetness. I think it's delicious.

Milton Jones: Great place. Love it. Style reminds me of Thai neighborhood cafes.
The Wall Street Journal: This Vietnamese joint is a secret spot hidden among the strip malls. All the foodies and restaurateurs breakfast there. The pho is the best. They open at 8 a.m., and run out around noon. Read more.
Ron Diggity: All of the daily soups are great, but Thursday's crab soup is particularly noteworthy. Don't forget to get some Vietnamese coffee, too.
