Alex Dow: Everything. So good. Ribs have an apple butter rub that balances excellently with the smoky flavor. Pasta salad is phenomenal. Beans are great if you like sweet, but you can't go wrong here.
Riverfront Times: Adam's Smokehouse takes the smoky St. Louis tradition into its own hands, turning out a few products of its own including house-smoked salami, burnt ends and tri-tip -- a bottom beef sirloin cut.
