Lilys Special margarita, on the rocks with Grand Marnier is the best margarita in the city. I want to dip my tamale in it but my wife won't let me (tamales are real good too)
Fish tacos are incredible but everything is great.
That smokey salsa is the bomb.

The food's not quite as good as El Maguey, but still pretty awesome and it's a cooler atmosphere! They've got a guy who walks around and sings while playing guitar. Our kids love it.

Rosalita's has the Tex-Mex down pretty well, at least from local standards. We liked the Cadillac fajitas and the tamale appetizer. The more elaborate entrees, however, need some work. (Joe Bonwich)

Pricey but it is good mexican/ Tex Mex food! Fav dish is the grouper. And they have great margaritas. If your visiting stl. This is a great stop on Washington Ave.

Nice re-do of an old restaurant, good food, typical Tex-mex with canned beans and fried rice. Def love the specials, kids eat free eve and live music

Beautiful place to eat lunch or a snack. Just grab any food north of here and head down.
Sculptures have gotten updated and now some food trucks stop here during lunch hour. Dont let your car meter expire cuz the ticket lady is watching ya. Love the Space and atmosphere. Its a treasure!

Southsider omelette is great, service is sufficient, and has a nice relaxed atmosphere. Busy on weekend mornings but a great place to get breakfast. Cash only!
Their specials are usually the way to go, but I also LOVE the Big Fresh Salad with chipotle dressing- spicy and cool all at once!
