Absolutely the worst bar in San Antonio. They lost my credit card and then yelled at me for not knowing which bartender I gave my card to. When they found my card the bartender threw it at me.
I also enjoyed this place. The scary basement, not too much. Lol.

They do a phenomenal Cuban sandwich and I loved their fried plantains. Gorgeous place with great service to boot.

There's metered parking in a lot right across from the hotel that's $2.50 for the whole day. The hotel obscenely charges $21/day for their self-park lot.
I had the Freebird ground beef burrito, and was very pleased at how delicious it was, roasted tomato salsa added something extra. I will be back as well as looking for other locations.

High school football is abundant in the Alamodome. The Texas Football Classic and US Army All American Bowl along with playoff games keep this facility packed!
Kansas Jayhawks fans will always remember Mario's Miracle at the Alamodome. In 2008, Mario Chalmers hit a last second three-pointer to send the National Championship to OT where KU ended up winning.
