Chicken wings are incredible. And they go well with the garlic pull apart.
Everything is good, but the garlic pull apart, wings, and anything involving risotto or gnocchi are a cut above. All WA beers are hand-selected by the owners. Staff are awesome.

Very authentic. I was talking with one of the waitresses and she told me all the people in the kitchen is from Thailand. Tom kah gai, my favorite, was delicious. And a good ambience inside. Good deco.

If you like vanilla ice cream, great. If you like hot chocolate brownies, even better. If you want the best combination of the two, go to Hot Cakes. The atmosphere is 👌 as well.
Besides excellent coffee, high quality loose-leaf tea (genmai-cha!) and hot food (small pizza, quesadilla) & pastries. Of course the Japanese-style cold-drip coffee is what sets Vita apart.
And they have beer.
A Seattle coffee must. Their French roast is my go-to when I buy a bag of beans.

The new brunch menu hits it hard with winners like the wood-oven fired Montreal-style bagel with salmon gravlax and labneh and the bloody mary with savory dill aquavit. Save room for bread pudding.
