Mike Kalen: Perfectly located in Central Park south between Columbus circle and the Plaza Hotel. Service is great and the concierge lounge is top rate. Celebrity watch!!

Brian DeVito: Seats are a bit tight, but one of the best balcony views on Broadway. Don't be afraid to buy upstairs.
Diana: First Date is a must see! Funny, witty and entertaining! Highly recommend!

Jim McDermott: Very intimate theater. The last row mezzanine seat is still very close.
HISTORY: This theatre was built in 1921 by Irving Berlin & Sam Harris. Its longest running play was Deathtrap in 1978 in which actress Merian Seldes never missed one of the 1,609 performances.
