Popeye is a great place to taste Japanese craft beer. It has 70 beers on the menu, from a variety of microbreweries. Serious thing.

Baird Beer taproom in Harajuku, offering delicious yakitori (chicken BBQ) and wide range of Baird beers, including their limited seasonal brews. We had the Temple Garden Yuzu Ale which was amazing.

The Meatzza 🍕 is the devils own, thick but crisp cheesy crust with tons of salami & sausage. Top off with Tabasco or chili flakes, or as is, and your a outtie brew 🍻 - heaven! 👍👍👍

Microbrewery haven in the Shibuya neighborhood. With a dozen locations worldwide, this is a great place to drink good beer and mingle. Small snack options so plan on eating a meal somewhere else.
A flight of any 4 tap beers for 1000 yen is the best craft beer flight deal I found in Tokyo. Great selection of beers both local and international.

Great beer selection, rotates weekly, staff is always nice and food is good. If you want to go on busy nights (Friday, etc) either arrive early or reserve, it gets busy!

Stumbled upon this beer hall which is tucked away in a corner in Ueno. Makes for a pleasant stop after a morning in Ueno Park. 600 yen for a small craft veer.
