nyc ebo: Actually the fried chicken and waffles are excellent.
Paige C: Maybe they were having an off night, but everything was awful. Soggy fries, raw burgers, greasy buns. The waitress never brought water or asked if we needed anything. Very poor attention to detail.
Nicole Nicholas: Always get a root beer float
Anna Hyclak: Fabulous marketplace with great fresh seafood, produce, prepared food, cheeses and pretty much anything else you could possibly need. Love the imported marcona almonds in sunflower oil!
Gossip Girl: Stock up on snacks—rocky road ice cream and granny smith apples for N, please—at this gourmet grocery store. (It Had to Be You) Read more.
Brett Fromme: Even more expensive than Whole Foods! Go here for the best meat and fresh seafood. The best fresh pesto sauce anywhere!
Tash Concepcion: Great brunch. The black truffle pizza with fontina cheese is delicious, though a bit salty, and VERY rich. Share with someone else for sure.
The New York Times: Yes, this is a JGV restaurant. Still go with a pizza and a simply grilled meat, or fish. Darling, we’re on the Upper East Side! Read more.

The Corcoran Group: A very sophisticated and upscale Italian joint – perfect for dinner with your parents. The Chicken Parmesan is hands down amazing – just don’t lick the plate.

Mike Friedman: Hip, wholesome, delicious Mediterranean food. Try the Grilled Halloumi and the always-fresh filet of the day. Swaggy date spot near Midtown.
The Wall Street Journal: Try the mushroom or the artichoke crostini. The eggplant vegetable dish is seasonal and well-flavored, with a yogurt honey base and a kick of Calabrian chili puree. Read more.
Sarah Arnold: You can't go wrong with the tagliatelle or orecchiette special if it's available. The burrata app and Brussels are also great. But whatever you do, get the eggplant. And of course pay with Cover!

Rebecca O'Grady: Great vibes in this place! The pulled pork sliders were amazing and the moscow mile was similarly delicious. Service was fast and place is good for just a few drinks or a meal
Yasmin Rodriguez: The best bar in the UES/Midtown east area. Super chill, unpretentious and really good food. I wish they would have opened 3 years ago when I lived in the area.
Meredith: Possibly best artichoke dip, ever, period. The owner also plays DJ and takes requests.
