Chili beef tendon and dry pepper style chicken is bomb. Chicken dumpling soup or spicy beef noodle soup.

The Banh Mi are to die for; juicy charred steak or pork, crusty baguette, jalapeños, fresh cucumber, carrot, a fistful of cilantro and hot chili on the side. Sandwich perfection.
Of the few bahn mi I've had this was the best - perfectly roasted pork, mostly lean but charred fatty ends packed w flavor. The marinade, chili mayo, and sriracha coupled to make the perfect dressing.

Most wonderfully seasoned skirt steak I've ever had! Marinated in chili garlic puree and served with green tea sticky rice + perfectly sauteed vegetables. A must try!
The raspberry fried ice cream is AMAZING. Possibly the best dessert I've ever had.

The French toast is dank , my girl got the chili and was a little taken but that it was actually chili fixings atop of rice but still enjoyed it. We intend on coming back real soon.
