Jesse Bagels: Of the few bahn mi I've had this was the best - perfectly roasted pork, mostly lean but charred fatty ends packed w flavor. The marinade, chili mayo, and sriracha coupled to make the perfect dressing.
Bee: The biggest and juiciest roast pork banh mi I've had since being in Vietnam. Authentic stuff - try it! Don't bother with the bubble tea though.
Brandon Spruill: Everything is delicious, but I'm fond of the roast pork shoulder (whether it's a sandwich or otherwise)

The Corcoran Group: One of the only, and the best, Cubano Chino restaurants in NYC. Start with the Sangria and then dive into some Peruvian Chicken with Roast Pork Fried Rice. Beware of the crowds!
