Fino Sour rocks. Sherry based cocktails are underappreciated. Try this one for sure.
Best meal in a while...baked oysters and stake dianne. Can't make as on the cocktails as well.
The bread alone is worth a visit. Bacon brioche, anchovy pastry twist and sesame crisp flatbread... homemade and complementary.
Good caviar options. Duck breast and lamb are excellent main courses. One of the best services at Vancouver. Staff was really welcoming.

Excellent BC oysters! Shuck very well (no bits of shell inside the oyster and brine was still in tact) and was incredibly fresh and excellent. Check out their happy hour deals!

Amazing oysters fresh from their Fanny Bay farm. Their oysters are distributed to many oyster bars in Vancouver. Favourite is the Olympia. They are quite rare as it takes 8 years to produce them.
The goat cheese with arugula and radish was amazing as was the pita bread with squash, feta and cilantro was wonderful.
The churros with dolce de leche are INCREDIBLE--second only to the paella! Wow!
Clear winners are the cod croquettes, pork belly, the chorizo and white bean soup, and the crispy chickpeas.

One of my favourite ways to ring in the fall with Burgoo's After School Special - absolutely yummy tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich.

The lamb shank was incredible ! Calamari stuff with veal was unreal and the chocolate mouse ... Yummy
Congolaise or mussels in coconut cream, smoked chili & lime is what I normally get with one of their wide selection of Belgian beer. Their dessert by far is the highlight - amazing dessert chef!
