Everyone says get the lox, and they're not wrong. But Russ & Daughters has as good lox, so you should really get what Murray's does best: whitefish salad on a bagel. They'll put a 1/2 pound on, too.

Shrimp salad was ok but shaved fennel was lumpy and almost ruined the dish. Also beware asking for a sparkling water - I ended up with 1L of it without being asked
After an order of crostini (obviously at least one with fig!), I recommend the salmon and shrimp salad. Filling, healthy, and delicious!
6 crostinis for $21. Shame about dry toast. Lobster salad grilled on arugula with mustard dressing $26 was ok.
The Mexican corn was amazing. The lobster salad and fried clams sliders though... first off they were mixed, which was weird. And as a New Englander I was upset to see red onion in the lobster salad.
We had the Feast of the Seven Fishes. The Venetian seafood salad and the house cut spaghetti fra diavolo were our favorites!

Wonderful.. Had the Warm octopus salad, fried oysters and braised short rib. All we're fantastic! Braised short rib didn't need a knife, it just fell apart. Definitely joined the list of ny favorites
Have the pork porterhouse. It's done perfectly and the orzo is a nice compliment.
Great spot for lunch or dinner. Everything is great, but my favorites are the tuna salad and Greek salad with chicken.
My favorite spot in the whole city. The menu is perfect. Go for Jack's breakfast, tuna salad, or zucchini chips. Vesper and cantaloupe mimosa are both great too. Wonderful atmosphere. Worth the wait.

There's always a wait in this quaint and cosy spot. Food was fresh but rather expensive, e.g. $18 for a cold shrimp salad with lettuce on a small plate. Good soy latte though!
Consistent experience, cozy interior. The shrimp salad at lunch is light and tasty.
If it's available, the tomato sandwich special is killer. They only do it with the best tomatoes though so make sure to go in season.
