Great neighborhood. You can walk to many nice restaurants and shops. The front desk staff is very helpful.

Generally speaking, there is ample street parking. You Han avoid paying for parking at the hotel.

Weekends are loud! Luckily the air conditioning is loud and blocks out the noise of people.
