The best measure of a good pub is whether or not it has board games. This one also has fantastic food, a great selection of wine and (I'm told) brilliant beer. I ate a phenomenal stuffed sweet potato.

Probably one of the best address in the vauxhall/oval area. At the back you will find a great garden, on Sunday they serve amazing raost. The food is much better than pub average. Check for barbecue.

A traditional, well-presented pub. Feels pleasantly busy, difficult to get a seat for Tuesday night quiz! Standard high-end price ~£5 per pint

Lovely pub but they'd run out of burgers and bruschetta when I was there... The only vegan things on the menu... ☹️

Have ventured back as thought of nice roast on a cold day was too irresistible. Found staff to be super helpful and friendly - maybe a change of management? Just steer the hell clear of quiz night ;)

Unfortunately this pub seems to have gone down hill over the last couple of years...food and drinks way overpriced. £4.65 for a pint and £8.00 for a "Charcuterie Board"...

The Sunday roast is massively overpriced - go to Dean Street Townhouse instead. Nice enough venue and staff, slightly grubby toilets.
