    Been here 5+ times
    I can see why they got attention of Michelin with high cuisine approach to black truffle shoyu soup, very elegant and light taste. Recommend it but the need to go in morning for a spot is prohibitive.

    Make sure you go get a time slot card early (¥1000 deposit) so you can pick at what time you'd like to go back. Definitely worth the wait, the black truffle ramen had the best broth I've ever had.

    Please come here early morning around 730am to 8am, to get ur queue tickets and come back again afterwards...you may go tsujiri fish market and come back lunch at here...very yummy n worth

    One of the best shoyu ramen bowls I've ever had. Be prepared to wait in line. This place is absolutely deserving of its Michelin star!

    Black truffle ramen at the world's only Michelin star ramen shop. Come get a ticket in the morning (7-8am) for lunchtime seating.

    Subtle and elegant flavour. The shop is just steps from the Sugamo stop on the Yamanote line. The greeter will give you a ticket to return during a time slot later. At 11:00 I got 2:00pm.

    Hands down one of the best Ramen ever. Clean and light tasting but packed with flavor. Texture of noodles just right. Perfection in a bowl. Went in the afternoon and still needed to queue for an hour.

    if you show up around 2pm, you can get in when they open it up to non-ticket-holders at 3pm. the top left menu item comes with the works! very good.

    This is the only Michelin starred ramen place in the world...Go at 8am, get a ticket, go back and wait in line. When you get inside order the top left recommended soba on the vending machine & enjoy.

    Amazing value & lots of variation. Surprisingly twas spicy version that stood out & really subtlety balanced. Go there early to secure tickets for afternoon, not far from station so you can explore.

    Michelin One-Starred ramen restaurant. If you want not to spend time waiting in the line, you can take Seriken(waiting ticket REFUNDABLE) from 7 a.m. during weekdays and 6 a.m. during weekend.

    They take care of you start to finish, and they speak English. It's small shop in a residential area, hence the ticketing system so the residents are not disturbed by pouring tourists.

    They’re known for their shoyu ramen. The shoyu-based broth pairs exceptionally with the black truffle flavor, creating a Michelin-star worthy bowl of noodles.

    Make sure to purchase your tickets before queuing. Queue up then go in when the owner allows. Immediately order your food in the shop, wait to be seated. Finally wait for them to serve your order.

    We were at 11am there and we were lucky, we got two seats. We didn't wait too much. Soba noodles were delicious and staff was friendly!

    If this is your first time coming here, try Charsiu Wonton Ajitama Shoyu Soba. This is the best. You could buy a cup noodle Tsuta at 7-eleven convenient store in Japan.

    Excellent soy sauce base and fish flavour soup,fashionable plate, handsome chef. Waited almost 2 hours but worth it.

    味玉醤油Soba 1,100円、チャーシュー 300円。自家製のコシがある細ストレート麺。丼半周分ある穂先メンマ、九条葱、焼海苔、黒トリュフオイル&パウダー。青森シャモロックの濃厚な味玉。低温調理のホエー豚ロース4枚に、煮豚のイベリコ豚バラ2枚。生揚げ醤油に濃口醤油、白醤油をブレンドした醤油ダレと、3種の地鶏・あさり等の魚介系・野菜の出汁を合わせたスープは、様々な旨味が凝縮されていて残せない。

    平日の13時30分で外の並びは9名。結局入店まで30分。店内に入り15分。予想外に早く着丼(笑)オーダーは味玉醤油そば+チャーシュー¥1400。麺は自家製の細麺。コシがあり美味い。スープはシャモロック、名古屋コーチン等を使ったスープは醤油とのバランスが絶妙。チャーシューは厚く無いが、ジューシーで美味い。これは人気店なのも納得出来る。また来ます*\(^o^)/*

    平日の夜営業は整理券の配布なし。まず列に並び、店員から声掛けがあったら食券を購入し、再び列に戻る。人数によって多少前後することあり(複数の場合、一人の客が先に通されることがある)。参考)金曜の19:30過ぎで8人待ち、着丼まで約20分。
