I almost don't want to clue you in to my best-kept secret but go here immediately. Heated (but not Bikram-hot) vinyasa flow in a tiny dark room set to deep house + rap. It's like the coolest womb ever

Love this yoga studio! It's small and very personable. The dark, candlelit room makes it much easier to concentrate on your practice. Great music and energy. Take Kendall's class!

Awesome yoga in a dark room with candles and sound track. If you usually get bored during yoga this place makes it fun

It's in a basement of an office building and Has awkward staff wasn't very informative to a first timer at the studio but I will be back because I liked the class a lot and because it's close to me

Best yoga studio, perhaps in all of NYC! Must come on Hip Hop Wednesday's or Throwback Thursdays. So fun!
