Serve cold drinks. Get decent music stop with the radio with commercials. Lower the light and add some barrier from the street. Get the ventilation fixed it stinks of frying. The ramen broth is good.
Brian WatsonOctober 12, 2013Solid ramen on the UWS. The signature is great (but add a few things to it). I still have a slight preference for Jin, which is ~18 blocks uptown.
Good ramen spot near Columbia, awesome chasui on Tonkatsu ramen. Need to make wavy noodles the standard and add corn as a topping option!

Get the spicy ramen! Thin noodles. Serious broth. Spicy ramen is ACTUALLY spicy, and is also delicious.
