Colm Linehan: Nice rustic place to kick back with a flavoured caipirinha and watch the sunset over the Lagoa.

Colm Linehan: Great non-oily calamari. The Huevos Locos are beautiful. Churros are a fantastic desert. Staff a little forgetful, but otherwise great.

Colm Linehan: Very good burger. Good quality meat, well chosen toppings and a sweet bun. Bacon adds a worthwhile crunch, but doesn't taste very baconny for some reason. Fries are only OK.

Colm Linehan: Sit on the seawall and order starters, or go to the restaurant upstairs. Cod balls are fabulous. Beware the size of the Sao Paulo shrimp. Easily enough for 6 people to share.

Colm Linehan: Lobster bake is good. Portion sizes are large.

Colm Linehan: If you can afford the Club rooms, you will not be disappointed. Great lounge and butlers.

Colm Linehan: Come on Sunday night for Dr Mambo's Combo. You won't be disappointed.

Colm Linehan: The burger is one of the best I had in America. (not a patch on London though)

Colm Linehan: Gives a good insight into the architecture of the island, and the house is stunning

Colm Linehan: This is the most beautiful cave system one been to. You may have to wait for a half an hour for them to get enough people to run a tour.

Colm Linehan: Mare e monti is lovely. Friendly authentic Italian.

Colm Linehan: Good tapas. Gambas al ajillo to die for.

Colm Linehan: Try the local fish. Beautiful and well cooked
