There will be a line outside but the breakfast sandwiches are worth the wait. The Fancy - avocado, onion, house mayo, bacon and egg is the mf'ing JAM.

Cute little neighbourhood shop that serves delicious sandwiches made from locally sourced ingredients. Guess that explains the price. My 'fancy' is just under $10.

Amazing breakfast sandwiches with local fresh ingredients. Get the fancy. It's a small place so prepare to wait if you want to sit down and eat there during peak times. Perfect to grab & go.

Really awesome breakfast sandwiches. Get the Fancy egg sandwich!! Only downside is the place is really small so if you're looking for a sit down breakfast place, this may not be for you.

Get the "Fancy". It's what their business was built on. Really small place, so you're probably not going to sit down there and eat. Grab and find a nearby bench.

The fancy was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Probably tied with the Wheelhouse for best in Boston. It's best if you order & pay online so you don't have to wait as long.

Thanks to a group of gentlemen visiting from Montreal who convinced us to stop, we did. AMAZING breakfast spot. Got the crack sandwich with tomato relish. Great way to start the day!!

This charming little sandwich shop is about the size of a dorm room with just a few seats to eat there. They have some fun drinks like grapefruit juice to pair with their awesome sandwiches!

Fantastic sandwiches. Great mom & pop place in the middle of a neighborhood of brick townhouses. There is no inside seating. The entire place is a counter and one grill. Get it to go.

Simply delicious sandwiches. Quite a small shop, so you may not get a seat, but definitely worth a visit. I can heartily recommend the Tasty Breakfast Crack sandwich.

Fresh and local ingredients, must try the fancy sandwich; has bacon, fried egg, avocado, onions and homemade mayo. Just a tiny spot (4 tall chairs) but friendly service.

I enjoyed the Fancy - their standard breakfast sandwich. It's a small spot with limited seating, so plan to grab and go if it's during peak lunch / breakfast hours.

Wow, the banana nutella sandwich is yummy and so crisp! It doubles up as dessert once you've had the The Fancy for lunch.

Extremely small quarters but the food is unreal. I got an egg sandwich with honey and ricotta which was very tasty. Coffee is also great.

Get the scramble with turkey chorizo mixed in. If you're lucky you can get a seat at their lone table. You can call your order in for pickup.

The large menu is supplemented by specials written on paper plates. It's easy to get overwhelmed. Be patient, it can take 30 minutes to get your food, and the place only has 7-8 seats inside.

I usually get the croque madame. The runny egg really tops it off. They also use a homemade aioli sauce with secret ingredients.
