No wifi, no room service, in-room entertainment system doesn't work. Nice front desk staff was the only upside (guest services / concierge / etc were a whole different story).

Cover for a long amusement park line wait for 6 person elevator ride. Rooftop view is nice. Mandatory coat check, no dance floor, small space. Music sucks. Go to Therapy. It's free and good

Excellent location!! Free wifi in the lobby or $15 per day in your room. Staff are very nice too!

Do NOT stay here. Terrible service. No heat. If you're a starwood whore and need a cheaper hotel in NYC, Element just opened up near the wholesale district.

Not SPG quality. I had smelly pillows, there's no free water, even for platinums and no club lounge. Makes Motel 6 look luxurious.

O café do quarto é gratuito ..a internet VC já paga no Brasil na taxa do hotel e eles tentam cobrar o wi-fi novamente... .são 16 dólares diários pelo wi-fi que VC já pagou no Brasil...

Pelo custo vale a pena. Bem localizado, com cafeteira no quarto e água de graça no corredor. O wi-fi funciona muito bem. Cuidado que alguns quartos tem um cheiro ruim, se der azar, peça para trocar.
