nope noJanuary 28, 2011Boring. Actually had to send the steak back, that's a first for me. Would recommend getting drinks at the bar upstairs, the ambiance and liquor may be all this place has going for it.

Upstairs has kind of a rustic feel in the middle of Manhattan. Good for a big breakfast.

I tried the Fried Chicken, with Corn and Watermelon last night, with the yogurt mousse dessert and it was quite good...
the peels muffin is a hidden gem, and might be the universal muffin since it straddles the savory sweet line like a goddamn champ

For Brunch, go a little early and beat the crowds. The Atticus Finch is good and you can't go wrong with the biscuits.
Get the gobblecado - its a great lunch sandwich with awesome spicy chips
