Rockefeller Center is the hub of Manhattan! It's the place to be and centrally located to almost everything. Packed with people all the time but the crowd is part of its essence

One of the tourist spots of NYC so it gets really crowded especially when everyone trying to take pictures. Definitely check out the Top of the Rock, NBC store and Lego
This is my favorite spot in the city, hands down. The ice rank is open until spring, so don't fight the crowds at the holidays!
AllieFebruary 11, 2014If you're visiting for the holiday display, go early in the morning (like before 9am) and it will be comparatively calm (for New York). It looks bigger on tv.... But still pretty.

Go there instead of the Empire State. From the Empire State, you can't see the Empire State. From the top of the Rock, you can. And lines are shorter = Less waiting ;)
