Best yoga studio in SF! All the teachers are super knowledgable and helpful.
The level 2-3 class on Wednesday is one of the best workouts in the financial district.
Power Yoga and Iyengar as well as Pre-natal and Restorative. A wide range of yoga options here!- Great selection of yoga teachers, very convenient for the downtowners. Friday classes they have free wine and cheese after class! Its a win win.
Kyle M is THE best! For All levels, she has two classes here - Monday, 6.35pm, and Sundays, 9.30am.
