- A perfect time to update all your Angry Birds games on your phone and tablet before your flight.
- If you are renting a car leave an extra 20-30 minutes into your schedule, it is offsite and a pain.
- For ride shares like Lyft or Uber, head to level 3 of the parking garage past the taxi pickup area.
- If u take light trail, don't forget to pay first before get into the train. :)

- The plan for screening passengers is amazingly cumbersome and inefficient. Give yourself plenty of time outbound.
- You can find Downtown Airporter and Shuttle Express on the 3rd floor parking garage. Cross Skybridge 3 or 4 and down one floor!
- Locals know how to spot a tourist. They just look for the umbrellas.
- Security lines are longer than most US airports here. Lack of good well-known food options. Centurion lounge always crowded or full. Annoying train system to get to terminals.

- Flight delay? Get a manicure or pedicure at Butter in C concourse; they are very speedy!
- Clear, direct signage. Didn't have a problem finding our way around our first time in the city.
- Get dropped off at Arrivals and picked up at Departures.... Randomly neither are busy if you do the opposite

- Go to Discover Puget and buy a $20 bottle of Washington wine w/ a screw top and save on your flight.
- Felita ShenAugust 22, 2012Hire a town car for $40 flat rate. Way more comfy than a taxi. Taxis are $35 to downtown then they add some fees, so it's practically the same price.
- Find a family that will let you go with them through family line to bypass long security lines.
- if you are here everyweek like I am, you can rent a parking space on Tue 4th floor for less than the aggregate of your parking by day. Easy in and out.
- When you come out of customs walk right past the baggage people and onto the train. Saves a lot of time.

- Park in cell phone lot until flight lands. The park in direct access parking for easy in and put.
- Kevin EnglishSeptember 10, 2012Try Anthony's Seafood in the Main Terminal for excellent fish tacos and fish and chips.
- The Wi-Fi is free, the restaurants are actually quite good (if you have the time) and security is a breeze if you're prepared.
- Not the most exciting airport but functional. Plenty of Starbucks available. Sign up to CLEAR if you wish to proceed through customs quickly.
- It doesn't matter where I come from, I'm always happy to come home here!
- TSA Checkpoint 1 is for Pre-Check and has Clear, so it’s the fastest usually

- United's mobile phone boarding pass may just make up for all the annoying upgrade attempts. Quick and easy for bag checks and security!

- United Airline's mobile boarding pass doesn't work well here. Be sure to get a printed pass at the check-in counter before going to the security gates.
