Angela M.October 26, 2014If you're coming into customs, there are only 4 GOES kiosks (one of which was out of service) and like 20 kiosks for non-GOES people....?? What's the point? They got through faster than we did.
New United gates are a walk, especially if you're TSA ore-approved. Nice United club.

The free Wifi is insanely fast. I got 30 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up. This has to be a mistake by whoever manages the network but enjoy while it lasts.

Free wifi throughout airport. Use the link light rail to get into the city. The Westlake stop will put you downtown by Nordstrom department store.
Waji in c gates has spam, egg and rice breakfast plate!
During the summer remember to pack your patience as the airport is quite busy and congested.

Park offsite. Onsite parking will bankrupt you. Lots of good options 5 minutes away.
Fun fact: SeaTac airport is the largest airport in SeaTac.
Pretty efficient airport and easy to get to by public transportation.
Skip Starbucks, the lines are too long. Dilettante has great coffee and the best hot chocolate I've ever had.
When getting groped at Security Theater, be sure to moan and wiggle your pelvis suggestively. It makes everyone more comfortable.
There are definitely better airports out there. The southwest and international terminals are due for an upgrade

TSA searched me for having my daughters spit up on my jacket when it went thru xray and for traveling with 2nd sealed ready to feed formula. At 5:30am on my way to Ketchikan, a 90 min flight.
Don't be a dillweed who stuffs your jacket and small bag in the overhead when the flight is full.
Easy to navigate airport. The USO is before you check in through security, which is odd.
Your fellow travelers may be excited, stressed, depressed or simply losing their mind. Be kind as you don't know what they are feeling.
If you are traveling to Portland, don't forget that you get to use the VIP security check lane!
Get a healthy snack of two hard boiled eggs and (kosher!) Bacon Salt at Dish D'Lish by concourse B.
If your leaving in the morning have them drop you off at arrivals there’s no line

Vino Volo, not just a wine bar but great place to grab a bite to eat and no crowds!
Ravi PAugust 9, 2012Light rail to downtown is a bargain at $2.75! But leave plenty of time for walking to the terminal if you are catching a flight.
Terrible design for airport. Traffic in and out is jammed always. The rental bus shuttle is packed shoulder to shoulder with insanely long wait times.

Susan FeldmanAugust 1, 2011Full body scanner going through security isn't required. You can opt to go through the metal detector instead with the possibility of a pat down. Certainly better than the scanner.

Delta and Alaskan airline hubs. Special check in line for Microsoft employees at delta counter.
Get a shrimp cocktail at Ivars and enjoy the people watching while waiting for your flight...
The food in this airport is pretty awesome compare to a lot of other US airports. Free wifi is a godsend.
Have stroller or luggage cart? Or wheelchair? You need to take three elevators to get to ground transport.
You know you have to go through security.. Don't be "That Guy!" Who not Ready to walk through security.. Trust Less is best..
Tsa Pre Check in closes at 8pm on Sunday night. No signage to alert you to that fact.
