    The scotch egg is incredible. They take an egg, wrap it in pork sausage, panko breadcrumb the shit out of it and fry it. That with the lamb burger with thrice fried fries is a filling meal.

    Get the spicy tequila cocktail. I don't know what it's called because it's off the menu, but ask the bartender and enjoy. If you're hungry, the Scotch egg or lamb burger are what you should be eating.

    Yes, the lamb burger is amazing. But if you are going with a large group, go all out on the suckling pig roast with grilled corn, Caesar salad, and duck fat fried potatoes. Delicious!

    Breslin does Family Dinner right. Reserve a table for 5+ppl a few days ahead & ask for either Fried Chicken, Steak, Whole Pig, or Curry prix fixe meal w/sides & dessert. It'll knock your pantsocks off

    The lamb burger is a staple and a must. If the blood sausage is on the menu, be sure to go after it. Oysters with dill sauce are a solid bar snack with a pint of the bitter.

    Great place. The food was fantastic. Shared the oven baked 3 cheese sandwich with ham & egg, and the chargrilled lamb burger with feta, cumin mayo & thrice cooked chips. Coming back!

    The scotch egg was delish! The Ceasar was enormous yet nice, and the best thing of all was the shortbread dessert - you will want to lick the plate. Prepare yourself.

    Weekday breakfast is chilled. Grapefruit with sugar and mint $4 and one of the best almond cappuccinos $5 in a restaurant. Skip sourdough pancake $16.

    This is my favorite restaurant in the city. For a snack try the chicken liver parfait or the peanuts. For mains you can't go wrong with the lamb burger.

    They have some delicious mashed po'taters or as they call it, champ. Do up dinner family style w/ fried chicken meals (plural) at the long table in the lobby. Passersby will gawk/point. Let them🍴

    Estalibshed 1904, the Ace Hotel was formerly the Breslin and, though the bar & dining room gained new owners with their own ideas along with the hotel in 2009, the decor is antique and beautiful.

    The caramel popcorn and nut combo is expensive but it's also ridiculously delicious. Eat some with a cask beer--the house Spotted Pig ale or whatever else is on the beer engine. Mmmhhmm.
