You need to know exactly what the Admiral Ackbar is because it's so important and you'll eat it and it will blow your mind: it's a candied Brazil nut shortbread with dark chocolate ganache and caramel
- Get the seasonal donuts because they're seasonal and all delicious. Today they had apple caramel crumb and pumpkin with maple spice glaze. Why blaze it when u can glaze it?
The Thanksgiving sandoo is heaven in a grilled baguette: Porcini simmered seitan, marinated kale, grilled fennel stuffing, cranberry/orange relish and garlic aioli. It's a party in your mouth!
- Fresh plum pancakes w/chamomile blood orange syrup, smoked almonds, (pinenut butter, instead of cardamom butter for me) candied lemon rind...is flavor nirvana in a recyclable paper box

The long lines are more than worth the wait. Non vegans will be confounded by how much they enjoy eating tofu when it's prepared by Cinnamon Snail! Vegans will weep. Try every donut.
Lydia WellnerAugust 3, 2013Crazy lines most days of the week, but way better on Saturdays when they're parked in front if Trader Joe's in USQ. The plum pancakes are delish, and everything is vegan and organic! YUM.
Everything is fantastic. Try: Korean BBQ seitan, creole tofu sub, Thai BBQ tempeh, five spice seitan, & maple mustard tempeh. All the donuts and cinnamon snails too.
It can be overwhelming deciding what to get, especially of you're veg and used to only having a few options. Pro tip: everything is delicious. And don't forget dessert. Those donuts will haunt you.

Everything's delicious, which is a problem for chronically indecisive ppl. Ancho chili burger and creole tofu sandwich are winners. Don't forget dessert: Makers Mark donut / Cinnamon Snail.
Try the maple pecan waffles... dense and different from your normal waffles but very good! Share with a friend because $9 gets you 2 waffles each the size of your face.

The special is always great. So is the Korean BBQ. No wrong turns here. But if you get coffee, ask for extra hot, as it runs on the cooler side.
Avoid going between 11:30 and 1:30 (especially 12-1) if you want to avoid the really long lines (up to 20 minutes). It's worth the wait though, if that's when you have to go.

Their sandwiches and breakfast offerings are amazing, but make sure to try some of their baked goods too! The raw chocolate pudding is also DIVINE.
Every Sunday, catch the Snail at the Red Bank farmers market, 9-2. Anything you get will be among the best things you've ever eaten, vegetarian or otherwise.
There's usually a line down the block but standing in line is worth it. Amazing and delicious vegan food!
By far one of the most amazing vegetarian/vegan places to eat at in New York City! Literally everything on their menu is scrumptious!
You can get just about any dish on greens instead of bread, but be warned, they don't do a very good job of removing the stems from the kale.

I'm not one for veggie burgers usually, but their Gouchujang Burger Deluxe is incredible and huge. Totally worth the price.

Get here early, or else you'll have to wait in a huge line. Ps: The sauce on the creole sub is delicious!
If you order one of their many incredible sandwiches, be sure to also take napkins. You will need them.

The Korean BBQ Seitan is Amazing, but messy. Make sure you have lots of napkins. Also, the donuts freeze well.- If you see the words "creme brûlée," then get it. You've made a good life decision.
