Bloody Mary and Trailer Park Benedict (Fritos pie with house chili, poached eggs, cheddar, and grilled onions) with a side of cheesy grits can't be beat. Mimosas leave a little bit to be desired.
Breaux Bridge Benedict: poached eggs over Happy's Boudin & Creole Hollandaise with a butter biscuit and cheesy grits. Yum!!

Some others say that the trout is the best. We agree its great, but don't forget the jalapeño cheddar grits and the Dr. Pepper chicken- not to miss. Here, it's way too hard to save room for dessert.

Started off w/the popcorn (delish). I got the pork chop which was juicy. If you have anything at this place - try to green chile cheese grits. You will thank your taste buds later!

The Cracklin Meatloaf, served with creamy cheese grits and savory collard greens, is stellar. The soft and savory meatloaf is wrapped in bacon and dotted with crispy cracklins.

Chef Ray Tatum's porkalicious sliders and crackling meatloaf are sublime, as is his Asian fried chicken. Get a pairing suggestion from neighboring East End Wines and enjoy dining on the lovely patio.
The breakfast tacos are great! And they have cheesy grits, YUM! Definitely a dog friendly and family friendly environment, great place to spend your Saturday morning!
Good selection of fresh produce, meat, cheese, baked goods, and crafts. My personal favorite is Buddha’s Brew kombucha! Dog friendly of course

The cheese grits with pork loin, green chile kettle pork, big ass burger and Mexican corn are all amazing!
Reasonably priced brunch with large portions. The honey fried chicken and biscuits are delicious.
We highly recommend the Big Ass Burger, unless you're too embarrassed to order a burger with a ridiculous name like that.

Great location to grab a bite and go for a nice walk/run around the walking trail. Downsides: that only open at 8am!
They fill growlers!!! And you don't even have to buy theirs! So bring over a growler and for $7.99-$12.99 you get 64oz of Texas beers.

OMG the grilled meatloaf is so amazing. Paired with cheesy grits (holy crap) and green beans...amazeballs.
The mashed potatoes are amazing and the steaks are cooked perfectly. The bartender was very generous with liquor for the drinks.

Don't be deceived by the exterior and chow down on the lamb naan panini @ Whip In (made with locally-grown lamb). Top it off with a chai or awesome beer.
