Get the artichoke oysters - an artichoke leaf serves as “oyster shell,” with artichoke puree, crispy oyster mushroom, yellow tomato Béarnaise and kelp caviar.
Had 10 different dishes and they were all superb! Highly recommend the lobster roll, shrimp toast sandwich, albacore tataki, linguine & clams, & oysters!
Oysters are fresh and melts in your mouth. The grilled octopus was perfectly cooked. And of course the truffle sliders!
Avoid Tusquella's Fish & Oyster Bar. Everything is over cooked and greasy. The cucumber salad was more like cucumber soup.
Recommended to order: kobe beef tacos, salmon sashimi, yellowtail with jalapeño, black cod with miso, rock shrimp, spicy tuna roll, and for dessert bento box.
