The #4 and the #8 are by far the best pizzas. I usually do smoked mozzarella on the #4 instead of the ricotta.

Everything here is great. You literally cannot go wrong. But if there was only one thing in this city that I could only eat for the rest of my life, it would be the ricotta they make here.
