Meg Farmer: Hidden, intimate spot perfect for a date. Similar to dear Irving or flat iron lounge. Great place to have a delicious cocktail & good conversation.
Larisa Grollemond: The speakeasy vibe is a little tired (secret stairs, ring a bell, get seated by a bouncer), but this place has a great cozy vibe and really good cocktails.

Peter Wu: My favorite concert venue in NY. Great acoustics, w/ an intimate feel. They do a great job of booking indie bands that complement the space. Don't forget to check out the balcony!

Bommy: Cozy and quiet place to relax, sip all kinds of oolong teas, and converse with a friend. Small space so don't bring a crowd. Owners are friendly. Pineapple linzer cookie is delicate and delicious.

Alex Hennessey: Maybe my favorite place in the city? Great, intimate space. Mirrors strategically placed so you can really see how the pianist and drummer play. Performers are incredible and magnetic.

Kavita Baba: Has a very similar vibe to manhattan cricket club. It's cozy, romantic, and lively all at once. Loved the vice versa for a light summer cocktail. Definitely bring people here to impress.

Matt Benton: Cozy, good food. Serve Stumptown coffee which is a bonus. Try their hashbrowns, they're really thin strands which gets both crispy on the outside and kinda fluffy on the inside. Super good and unique.
