Great hotel but economy has made them scale back drastically services. used to have a great executive lounge but closed it. Still a great place in a great location.
Agreed about the executive lounge. Bring it back! Also what is this $10 charge for the workout facilities. Still my favorite place to stay in NYC. We come here multiple times a year. keep coming back
